Ability to have larger groups
I have groups in Tweetdeck and/or PeopleBrowsr with 20+ people in them. I find the small limit to group members in Tweetizen to be arbitrary and very limiting.
42 votesThe reason why you can’t add more than a few friends at the moment is because of the 140 character limitations put by twitter. Read this blog post: http://www.pallian.com/2009/03/21/monetizing-twitter/ and it’ll better explain it.
But that being said – we’re in talks with twitter to see if they can lift that limitation so we can increase our group sizes.

Change Number of Tweets Visible
It'd be great if there was an option which allowed you to change the amount of 'tweets' visible at a time. I love the ability to embed 'groups' on my site - but when the resulting element is full of tweets it often can't fit in with the rest of my site.
If I were able to limit the tweets on my embedded element - I'd be able to style and shape it to fit in better with my site.
28 votesWe’re working on a whole new dashboard for the user to edit how exactly the tweets will appear. Stay Tuned!

Style Sheet Diagram
I love how you're able to customize your embedded groups through CSS - but it took me a few days to fully wrap my brain around the elements, the names, and the nesting. Just thought I'd suggest a diagram listing the various elements (a legend if you will). It would have made the whole process a whole lot faster - at least for me!

Enable blocking of malicious users
The ability to block/exclude keywords posted by a malicious user e.g. spammer, who posts keywords to appear on websites where tweetizen is embedded.
Spammers could have their Twitter username added to a blocklist on each person's tweetizen channel.
Apologies if already included.

Supply a few more CSS styles?
If they are there, I can't find them. Is it possible to give us a few more CSS styles to pick from? Right now, the default one, isn't that easy to modify to make it looks good on a website with a black/dark background. Please point me towards them if they exist or otherwise make another CSS style for us to pick from which is more easily adjustable to look good on a black background? Thanks!
15 votesWe’ll give you an entire gallery to pick from… along with a dashboard and a whole bunch of new features we’ve been working on. Stay tuned.

Ability to view your replies and DMs
Like in "TweetDeck" and Twitter, you can view your replies and DMs.

Scroll
I would like to be able to set a height for the embed and include a scroll bar.

Ability to view tweets of those you follow as a group
What I mean by this is that you have to individually pick the people in your group.. why can't you just have a group automatically for friends or those who you follow? It makes life so much simpler...

increase allowed queries and the 140 char limit at keywords
Right now I'm blocking spam and malicious users with these keywords, for instance with "-from:username" but because the queries are so limited, as is the 140 character field, this will only last so long. Please allow us to use more queries and add more keywords?

Tweetizen on mobile phone
Tweetizen doesn't work very well on my mobile phone. I have the impression there is not yet a mobile app. That's a pity because my use of mobile internet is increasing rapidly.

Just the feed?
I'd really like to show just the feed - I don't really want the 'What are you doing?' window to show up when I embed it on my web site. Can we do this currently?

Ability to schedule retweets
When I'm looking at search results I find a number of interesting things to retweet, but don't want to blast them all out around the same time: I'd like to schedule them or distribute the retweets over a period of time

Support semicolon ; in links
URLs that contain ; are only linked up to the ; and the rest of the URL is not. See http://ref.ly/live. Many of the links are not complete.

Have a faster way to add users to groups.
THE IDEA & FUNCTIONALITY SPECS
When you start a new group or are editing a group, you should be able to:
1. Enter usernames as you can now.
2. Choose to select from a list of all people you follow.
3. Choose to select from a list of all people you follow who you haven't yet put in a group. If you pick option 2 or 3 above, the interface should show a list of usernames with buddy icons beside them.
The usernames should function as check boxes - clicking them would toggle whether they are part of that group…

Have a default view showing what your twitter homepage does.
Maybe I am just missing it, so please correct me if that's the case, but is there no way to view my main twitter feed?
I mean the same view of my tweets that I get when I log into twitter and see everyone I follow plus my own tweets?
If you don't have it already, it could just be some default thing that pulls whatever your twitter homepage shows, thus incorporating any settings you may have in twitter itself (such as whether to show @replies in the homepage feed or not).

Don't include periods as part of URLs! Ex: http://bit.ly/amthE.
When a URL is followed by a period, Tweetizen wrongly includes the period as part of the URL. Twitter and most other Twitter services do this properly. It would be great if Tweetizen did as well.

How does Tweetizen avoid the 100 API requests limitation?
How does Tweetizen avoid the REST API rate limitation (100 request) ? Do they make use of user accounts that are authenticated?
The "Terms & Conditions" say this - "When you give us your Twitter username and password, you authorize us to send information to and receive information from Twitter on your behalf."
Is that what it means?
6 votesWe can’t avoid the 100 API requests… we’re just as effected as any other twitter 3rd party app. If you try tweeting more than 100 tweets in an hour, you’ll see a error message pop up.

Test Keywords/Tags Before Creating a Group
I was wondering whether it would be possible to have a simple keyword/tag box that will allow a user to test certain keywords/tags on the fly before actually creating a group. Once you are satisfied with the results you can then select "Save as Group"...
